Pros

Great problem solving product. Works as expected. Definitely solved my issues.

One end is comprised of standard screw holes and other requires square rack screw and nut connectors (included) moved equipment to a new, deeper rack to support deeper servers.

    Youll get some sag if you use it in extension mode i had a spare structural support piece that i put one rackspace below my server on the backside that keeps it level
