Pros
Build quality and durability of the stand are good. My only gripe is that there are no stops to hold it perfectly horizontal or vertical. It is also very sturdy and well built.
Light, sturdy, easy to set up with imac 21. Holds a 30 apple cinema display in portrait or landscape with zero difficulty. Arm supports a generous amount of weight and easily handles the larger display.
Cons

Have the bottom of the plate the side with four etched circles face up towards you go on top of the bar

Note you will need to use the same allen wrench to loosen the ball thingy so you position it according to the picture attached here

It utilizes four thumb screws which you literally screw in with your fingers
