Pros

This works grate for macbook pro. Have laptop and using 2 - 24 in monitors. Worked right away. Apple officially supports multiple hdmi output over thunderbolt 3 thus this worked flawlessly.


Cons

The usb2 and usb3 ports are not dynamic. Whoever approved this design failed to the usb specs or consider how usb devices are expected to behave.
