Build quality on this dock is exceptional.
Bottom line:my impressions are based off initial use so i can't comment on long-term durability of functionality of this dock.
I wish they had a model of the same quality/design with more ports.
Price
For this price i would have liked to have more ports.
So yes- this is a great piece of equipment but at this price, it should have more ports.

If you are still using primarily usba this is not going to work for youonly has 3 but for users who are using a combination of usba and usbc might work

You still only get 3 of each so if you were using a dual display usbc adaptor required that would only leave you with 1 usbc port

This isnt the dock for you if you are looking to hook all kinds of legacy equipment it is perfect if you have lots of thunderbolt devices and you want to plug them in with a single cord

The thing is though because of the limited number of ports this might not be enough for people like me who need to have lots of ports to operatework at home
