Pros

Apple's adaptor for the 15 mbp is 84w. Connecting the monitors to my macbook directly doesn't cause flickers. The nekteck thunderbolt 3 cable, 100w 40gpbs thunderbolt 3 certified usb c cable is compatible with new macbook pro.

The dock itself is really solid. The main part of the dock is completely metal with heavy duty plastic in some places. This is a great reasonably compact dock if you are all in on thunderbolt.

This is a multi-purpose device that works with certain laptops. It can connect a second 4k display monitor to your laptop, which is something more and people are finding handy, especially those who work with graphically intense images and video.
