The dock is basically an expensive stand. Once again, i am forced to plug in my headset directly in my laptop. The only remaining items that work well are my keyboard and ethernet cable.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to install and it is only about an inch thick and about 8 inches long.
After downloading and installing the drivers from star tech’s web site, the unit works flawlessly and was easy to set-up.
This only occurs when i'm docked and extending the desktop across three other external monitors.
(3 hdmi ports on the docking station would have been a better option for me)
Price
This is the easiest and most cost efficient way i have found of achieving that.

I with it had two usb c inputs for two computers with a switch on the side you could switch between the two machines

I also noticed that it has trouble remembering the monitor setup when switching between the two computers so i often need to adjust those settings

Finally i noticed that when i am using my laptop and have the three monitors connected if i try to run netflix in chrome it buffers like crazy
