Pros

Startech device is reliable and easy to use. Comes with a 2 year warranty and 2 years of technical support. Hopefully this provides answers to questions others may have.

It's good to have a wired ethernet port and headphone/mic jack. It has all the optional wires and cords. The three usb 3. Ports are included.

Cons

Worked for setting up dual displays but not much else. Messing with drivers did not help. After two months the additional displays still work but all of the usb ports are not functioning.

The docking station had no problems with the converter, and i saw no signal loss.

I can also now hookup and charge my phone with the fast charge port on the side of the docking station.

They aren't even reviewing the proper product.

I believe the product description mentions this but not very clearly.
