Pros

I find the quality to be good, not a flimsy adapter. They're one of those things you don't think about until you need them and then they're invaluable. Works exactly as it should without spending a sh!

Speed is good under windows and linux. Ite even has a little light that blinks to show you that your data is being transferred.

Cons

Flimsy, bad cable. Complete garbage imho. I now have a worthless $11 cable that will occupy my junk drawer.

Using this cable, i connect this to a laptop and the drive never spins up. The hard drive requires a plug that is 10mm deep and this is only 6mm. Does not always connect.
