Packaging/appearance

I had to uninstall the displaylink manager and download and install the classic drivers from startech to make my setup work.

Thankfully it worked right out of the box.

The default displaylink manager software does not support mac in clamshell mode (macbook top closed).

I have used a startech hub before with a good experience so thought to try again.
