Pros
Speed is solid and smooth with a 10g adapter. The cord is fairly stiff and does not appear to be susceptible breakage. This item has a very sturdy feel to it.

I had no issues driving my hp usbc laptop (65w) when i had a 150w max power supply connected.
Got this startech adapter for my 2021 m1 macbook air as i need 2 external monitors.
0 ports, 1x usb c port (also capable of 5gbps data transfer).
