Cons
Worked once with my index, but immediately started flickering and then never worked again. It shows that it initially recognizes it as a usb display port and then windows says that it doesn't recognize it before the display actually comes up.

It could tell what kind of monitor i had but couldnt display the levels or change color modes and some other things

The trouble with mac is it doesnt work efficiently with a displays hdmi input port so you get increased cpu and power usage to refresh the display buffer with the corresponding increase in loud fan noise which is just annoying

Monterey is supposed to have a updated power profile to reduce the fan noise but i cannot update to monterey yet

Honestly i was skeptical because when i went online to receive customer support from the wacom site they said i needed a particular adaptor for the tablet i had wacom one
