Pros

Great labels for different ports and power charging (or bandwidth) on front and back. Every single port functions exactly to spec. I also like that the ethernet port supports pxe booting.

Reasonable footprint, it's not too large, it’s thick but not too big. I own a plethora of docking stations.

This is a monster docking station. It is pricey but most similar docking stations on the market are at a similar price. Make sure you really need all three monitors because that’s what separates this dock from other, considerably cheaper options.

I use this thing everyday for my laptop to work from home. It works well and it provides enough power to all of the connected devices and never gave any connectivity error so far. Might need to use adapter depending on your machine.

The specs are good and the speed specs are impressive.

Cons

Any sort of online video is at times incomprehensible. During that time, i have about two minutes where the computer is unusable because of flashing monitors. This is indicative of this being a dock issue altogether.

If you can afford these beast, it won’t let you down.

But it would have been nice if, for the price, this device had a nice mounting solution.

My only qualm is that it's relatively expensive.
