The cable tie adheres well to smooth surfaces such as plastic metal and powder coated metal but has not been a good choice when trying to secure cables under a desk where the surface is unfinished

They stick to practically anything i had to replace store bought ones with these and they held better

If its holding a wire with any tension and you cant put a screw in it works best when you leave it on the wall overnight for the adhesion to set

Nice but two of them didnt hold a lightish puwer brick to the wall it fell off in a few days
