Pros
Quiet enough to carry on a conversation with coworkers or homeowners. Super quiet compared to my craftsman. Works fine, and it is quiet, though it is heavier than some six gallon compressors.
Lightweight enough for this 80 yr old to move as needed. Perfect for installing cabinets. Most hose makers include a rubber reinforcement on the ends so if yours does not have this get one as it will extend the hose life.
Great instructions. Totally awesome for the price. Met my expectations. Can't go wrong.

Tried to contact seller / manufacturer with no response.

I dont like that the air hose connect is pointed up as then the hose naturally has to bend over creating stress
