Filter is too short and does not depress the switch inside to allow operation. No replacement filters means this is worthless, so just another piece of plastic for the landfill.

The first one arrived dead, support was quick to send a replacement.
Packaging/appearance
The purifier came well packaged with the unit itself, the dc power adapter and a short instruction guide.
It's gorgeous and matches our decor really well if that matters to anyone.
As i noted in the video, i had just cooked a southern style breakfast when it arrived, so the odor in the kitchen area was strong.
