Pros
Product seems sturdy and easy to use. Tilt ability is great so that you can roll it to the spot where you want it. Rubber grip on the handle.
It's better than i expected,lasts longer and it’s quite noisy. I love listening to this thing run, it's like a soft whisper in comparison.
The one thing i noticed immediately after plugging this in is how quiet this compressor is. Combined with the use of two pumps, the air flow is more evenly distributed, resulting in an astonishingly quiet machine.
The good news is that this is an excellent seller. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.
The size is great if you're busting out tools occasionally in your man cave. It runs in the garage at night, and it is not a nuisance to people in or out of the house.
Cons
One of the fasteners for the handle is missing - replaced with a cheap standard bolt. This is the worst air compressor i’ve ever used.

Price
I like the capacity 12 gallons and ease of use of this compressor, and you can't beat it for the price.
Shipping
Without any further communication, they sent me two new replacement knobs.
Packaging/appearance
I sent a message to tell them about the packaging and that the knobs had broken apart in shipping.
Got it unpacked, threw the mufflers on, plugged it in, opened drain, adjusted output, and fired it up.
Advice to the seller is that this could use a little packaging because the cardboard box gets completely crushed in shipping.
Package was a little damaged, but no damage to the air compressor.
Competitiveness
It is very quiet compared to air compressors i've used in the past.
He was skeptical as to how quiet the advertising for it said, but it is very quiet compared to others of its type.

I broke it in the proper way and then aired it up tet it sit unplugged for 2 days and no movement on gage then hooked it up to my auxiliary tank 7

I had what looked like from the box wasn’t much of a bump but it got bumped during shipping and bent the regulator knob
