Pros
The padded arm rests swivel to the left and right. However, that is easily fixable with aftermarket armrest covers. The back lumbar support works great.
Reviewer says he has some concerns about the chair's durability. He says it fits well in a small work area and is very supportive.
As with a bed mattress, softer isn't always better. Compact but very comfortable and easily adjustable. As far as i'm concerned, it's more comfortable and fits my body and sitting position better than my previous aeron remastered.
This has to be the easiest assembly i ever done. Took about 5 mins to assemble and came nicely packaged.
Cons
They are pretty annoying and i'm readjust consistently. This is terribly disappointing. What a frustrating waste of time and money.

Excellent lumbar support, easy to move up and down, very firm comfortable seat.
I love this chair, the features are nice and i really like the green color
Two weeks after purchasing this chair the shoulder pain has disappeared.
After an hour or two of sitting im dying to get off.
Price
High scores on consumer reports, and at a reasonable price, this was an upgrade from my grandfather’s 100 year old solid walnut desk chair.
What i don't like - i ordered the carpet casters because they are a lot cheaper for some reason.
I needed a good chair at a reasonable price.
Consprice, i still hate that i paid $500 for a chair but if this chair is solid in the long run, it will be worth every penny.

I find the tops of the armrests swivel too much wish they could be locked in place
