Pros

Despite being one of the more economical steelcase models, this chair is everything i needed. It gives off a premium feel, with the chair never creaking or rattling in any way.

Cons

The armrests are the part i hate the most. Yes they move in and out and rotate but they float and have no positional lock.

The back is so flimsy it might as well be for a child. The edging of the mesh on the sides of the back are met with jagged plastic edges so it digs into your back while leaning. The cushion padding is very average and the lumbar support is nearly non-... Read More

The series 1 is just not sturdy. If you weight less than 100 lbs, this chair is for you. Build quality is to cheap that you feel the chair is shaking as you adjust yourself everything now and then, sitting in same posture.

It came in 3 days and was packaged very well.

The series 1 chair came safely packaged and shipped with no physical damage and arrived in one day which was truly awesome!

Packaging/appearance

And 2 mins of that was opening the box.

Just keep the packing material until you are certain.

I think it took more time to unpack it from the box than the literal 2 minutes it took to assemble.
