The call goes to voicemail during business hours. The lower back firmness knob seemingly does nothing that i can feel. Either it is also broken, or it is just a useless gimmick.

My job bought me this chair after someone saw me struggling and fidgeting in my small chair in my office.

Price

It’s definitely worth the price tag if you are spending many hours at the computer working from home or gaming (or both!

Amazon has the leap plus for a few hundred dollars cheaper than the steelcase website.

I hesitated because of the price but was recommended by my brother in law and he was right on.

I have a $600 chair at home, and it's good, but it's nowhere near how comfortable this chair is.

The shipper has no impact on the delivery but they do choose to use fedex so they are partially responsible.
