The steelcase gesture has no squeaking or squawking. If you have wooden floors, you will need a different set of casters to prevent the chair from moving around too easily.

The adjustable arms are amazing and very adjustable. The pads of the armrests are hard rubber, which makes it a stable surface with enough give to let your elbows rest comfortably.

Seat is very adjustable. Sit on the edge of the chair, lean in to one side, the seat adjusts. Easy seat depth adjustment with just turning the knob on the side is an excellent touch.

Cons

One of the armrests creaks when i press on it. It squeaks and clangs when i recline backwards. It's not just the seat that wobbles; it's the entire chair above the wheels.

The product is meh, i let it be. Although the listing is accurate on amazon i feel deceived. The version of the chair delivered to me ordinarily sells for a retail price less than the cost of the model described in the listing.

Head support needs to be very articulate to allow users the support needed. Upper back is not supported well for taller users(6'2+) maybe it's also a stature issue.
