Pros & Cons
Pros
The leap feels like it cradles your body, what you would expect when paying such a premium price. The biggest selling point for me is the seat cushion. Ultimately it comes down to your body proportions and what fits best for you.
Cons
Stellcase charges 20% restocking fees for returns, which is a lot. Very uncomfortable as compared to herman miller. Steelcase charges this restocking fee for buyers from canada.
Highlights
Quality
Personally for me: my quality of life has improved (not dealing with soreness), so it is an absolutely bargain!
