Recommendation for anyone over 6 tall getting the lumbar support is a must its only a 25 upgrade but must be done prior to ordering

I loved all the features except the height so i managed to return it to backstone and i am expecting the replacement hopefully within a couple of weeks

Received the gesture chair today and the first thing i noticed that i did not like is that the arms swing sideways way too easily

The spring compression in my opinion was not enough so i made a couple spacer washers to compress the springs 0
