Great chair. Nice color. Highly recommended. I hope it doesn't continue to peel.

The adjustment knobs are very intuitive. The hight adjustment is easy to use and responsive. The adjusters are easily manipulated and give a great deal of customization to the chair. The chair is spendy, but a good value for the money.

Seat is very adjustable and my legs were comfy. Has a great range of height. I am big guy 6'00'' and 350 lbs.

Cons

Chair is comfortable, but the color does not match the pics on amazon. The lumbar support is nonexistent. The base cushion is rather stiff and isn't very comfortable after a while.

You know the horrid rocking that cylinders develop over time on cheap chairs? My hope is for them to service or replace the chair. Try herman miller instead.

The packaging wasn't all that great either, not what i expected for a fully assembled product at least.

So unless you can't take it out of the box, don't pay them an additional $50.
