Overall build quality seems pretty durable. It feels durable and will last for years. Very helpful customer support. Amazon is doing you a solid - now do your customers one @ steelcase.
The chair is built solidly and there are absolutely no creaks or noises.
Whether i’m swiveling around or tilting back, it responds smoothly. I feel like my back is melting into the backrest. The model without the lumbar adjustability has plenty of support as-is.
Haworth soji has a 12 year warranty.
The adjustable arms are amazing and very adjustable. The pads of the armrests are hard rubber, which makes it a stable surface with enough give to let your elbows rest comfortably. The arms ensure there are virtually no issues for arm height or width.... Read More

This model 442a40 is a discontinued item. I usually don't try to leave bad reviews and is the product is meh, i let it be. Steelcase does not stand behind their products when they fail prematurely.
One of the chairs makes a creaking noise when you recline in the back rest. Along with that issue, one of the armrests creaks when i press on it. It's not just the seat that wobbles; it's the entire chair above the wheels.
