Pros

Fit and finish are excellent on the chair i received. No unpleasant smells or stains. Big debate with me is how much is my comfort worth, and will the cheaper chair do the job without compromises?

Best to have two people to lift out of the box. Timely delivery and a very good quality chair.

Cons

There is no contoured surface that support the shape of your back. The lumbar support is a pain to get adjusted. Depending on the day, sometimes it ranges from noticeably uncomfortable to downright painful.

They move too much. It's especially frustrating because the armrests slide outward to the slightest touch. The arms have a rubbery texture and little padding, which has given me a painful red spot on my elbow from pivoting my arm to grab my mouse.

After 15-30 minutes of sitting, the cushion warms up and bottoms out. The padding is very thin. Seat cushioning is hard. Not as plush in images as the amia.

These chairs are high on looks, but low on functionality. I know looks aren't very important, but it's a bland looking chair considering the price. This chair was a disappointment for me.

The shipping box was in shambles but to my delight, the chair was protected by loads and loads of air bubble packing stuff.

I discovered this used leap chair from seller te seating for $499, shipping included.

I bought the black/black version with prime shipping - so sold, and stocked by amazon.

It comes fully assembled and ready to go right out of the box.
