Pros
The chair is incredibly easy to assemble, the seat is firm (but not hard), and it provides solid back support. I'm personally satisfied with the amount of resistance it provides. I use a lumbar support cushion due to a back issue.

Top of the armrests are adjustable in terms of left-to-right in-out position. The tops swivel right to left, but in doing so they reveal a sharper plastic piece. The arm and back support are all adjustable to various needs.
This chair is simple but very adjustable just where i needed it. The height adjusts as does the leaning back of the back. The up and down seat-height adjustments are a little ‘jerky’ but it still works just fine for me.
When assembled, there was absolutely no wobble. Mainly because the parts actually fit together with no fussing. And attached lol the top to the bottom.
Cons
The back is so flimsy it might as well be for a child. The cushion padding is very average and the lumbar support is nearly non-existent.
Build quality is to cheap that you feel the chair is shaking as you adjust yourself everything now and then, sitting in same posture.
The chair comes completely disassembled - without assembly instructions. Luckily the assembly is semi-intuitive. The chair is designed to be toollessly snapped together.

The chair also has a 12 year warranty from steelcase
Easy to install and the feel was as i wanted it.
A sliding bar in the back has this weird texture that feels uncomfortable.
You can see on the photo attached, that the top of the arm rest literally slides forwards, sideways, or backwards without a lock feature.
Price
For the entry price for a steelcase chair, it delivers a lot of features.
High scores on consumer reports, and at a reasonable price, this was an upgrade from my grandfather’s 100 year old solid walnut desk chair.
I needed a good chair at a reasonable price.
Consprice, i still hate that i paid $500 for a chair but if this chair is solid in the long run, it will be worth every penny.
Packaging/appearance
The really pleasant surprise was how well packaged it was & easy to carry -- and super easy to put together.
I got it in purple, and it matches the decor in my office.
And 2 mins of that was opening the box.
