Pros

The 4d armrests can be adjusted across a range of heights. The padded arm rests swivel to the left and right.

The back and lumbar support are decent, takes sometime to get used to especially if your coming from a bad chair. The back rest is supportive. The chair back is so supportive and adjustable.

For the price, as far as premium office chairs go, it's a good value. It has the great steelcase seat, spins around like a dream and rolls perfect with 5 legs!

Overall happy with my purchase. Price is good to what you get from other manufactures. Highly recommend the purchase.

The seat cushion is very comfortable - supportive and firm, but not punishing. The mesh on the back is very breathable. They have great adjustability.

They are pretty annoying and i'm readjust consistently. It's cheaper and far superior as a product. Still trying to work with amazon for a viable return solution.

The lumbar support is not really noticeable. The so called ergonomic back support feels like you're leaning against plywood. The thin plastic strips behind the mesh material feel terrible too.

Two weeks after purchasing this chair the shoulder pain has disappeared.

Price

High scores on consumer reports, and at a reasonable price, this was an upgrade from my grandfather’s 100 year old solid walnut desk chair.

I needed a good chair at a reasonable price.

Also, for the price it is a basic ergonomic chair which is what i wanted.

It came in 3 days and was packaged very well.

The series 1 chair came safely packaged and shipped with no physical damage and arrived in one day which was truly awesome!

I think it took more time to unpack it from the box than the literal 2 minutes it took to assemble.
