Pros

This chair fits and has nice support. I'm 6’1”/200lbs. This chair supports my husband who is nearly 300 pounds. I think that unless you are willing to go closer to a grand or more, this is a great option- particularly if you are under 6' tall.

It feels stable, recline is smooth, and casters (hard surface) grip as expected. Love the hard floor casters. Price is good to what you get from other manufactures.

Only downside is that the armrests are hard as rocks. The padded arm rests swivel to the left and right. They are close to the backrest and tilt with you as you lean back.

Cons

The chair is very thin and becomes uncomfortable after only an hour or so of sitting. It lacks the ability to tilt the seat of the chair back, so hopefully you like the default position it's in — it's all you're getting. This is an expensive chair by ... Read More

They are pretty annoying and i'm readjust consistently. It's incredibly annoying. What a frustrating waste of time and money.

The lumbar support is not really noticeable. The back has ribs that are felt too easily when reclining. Next, the so called ergonomic back support feels like you're leaning against plywood.

High scores on consumer reports, and at a reasonable price, this was an upgrade from my grandfather’s 100 year old solid walnut desk chair.

What i don't like - i ordered the carpet casters because they are a lot cheaper for some reason.

It came in 3 days and was packaged very well.

The series 1 chair came safely packaged and shipped with no physical damage and arrived in one day which was truly awesome!

Packaging/appearance

The really pleasant surprise was how well packaged it was & easy to carry -- and super easy to put together.

And 2 mins of that was opening the box.

I think it took more time to unpack it from the box than the literal 2 minutes it took to assemble.
