Pros
The chair comes in a somewhat large box for a normal/mid-sized office chair. It seems like an exceptionally well-made chair. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who needs an ergonomic chair with good support.
D sliding armrests are also a very nice texture and elasticity of very dense foam. The arm height is adjustable. The only thing i don't like about this chair is the seat back.
The manual hangs from the chair arm and is pretty thin but includes all you will need to operate the chair. Assembling it is four steps, but i recommend the video as the chair has a couple of quirks to the assembly.
The mesh back cradles my back like this chair was custom made for me. The back flexes well and the lumbar contours mesh with my back. Mesh seat back is breathable and slightly stretchy, feels fine.
Cons
The air piston sags. The cushion on the seat is not comfortable.

Solid, supportive good quality foam in the seat, rolls well, adjustable arm positions, adjustable seat depth and height.
Very little resistance to being tilted back.
Because of my size i get pushed to the edge of the seat which applies pressure and is very uncomfortable.
Price
Now, to be honest, i do think this chair is a little overpriced.
If you like the way this chair looks and you’re okay with the price, i think that you’ll almost certainly be happy with this chair, too.
Shipping
The customer service call regarding the part arriving scratch was promptly and well-handled.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging is bad which got the otherwise nice looking seat a bit dirty.
Packaging was not very nice, one wheel of the chair was sticking out of the box.
Competitiveness
Used this one to replace a cheaper one bought at a large retail store.

The back rest is a nice shape and keeps me sitting upright but is made out of a rather hard plastic i wish it was mesh

If you are coming from a not very nice chair like my old amazon basics chair then expect to have to adjust your posture for this one but also i guess thats the point

I have noticed that the arm rests although strong are rather wiggly a move left to right when my arm is on them
