Good quality on console, great mic, volume is perfect.

Cons

The earphone band isn't adjustable. The ear cuff isn't deep enough.

All these overpriced headsets are garbage/ gimmicks. Google arctis pro broken plastic to find other people with the same issue.

Great audio quality, but very poorly built with little durability or longevity. Stereo seems average, requires tuning the eq to achieve acceptable quality. Microphone quality is average at best.

It often refuses to acknowledge the headset is plugged in without unplugging and replugging it once or more. Microphone also sometimes picks up the leaky audio. Also be careful about the muting on the headset, my mute button works weirdly now.
