If you're looking for a keyboard that's both practical and flashy, look no further. The gg software needs improvement but once you get used to it, it’s fun to tinker with. In games like valorant/cs 2, it allows me to counterstrafe more consistently an... Read More
This keyboard has so many customization options and is made so well that i think the price is actually justified this time. Also because of the shipping.
The keyboard boasts three connection methods. Ghz dongle, and through bluetooth. Comes with a usb-c extender for using the wireless connection via 2. It's also pass though usb, absolutely plug and play with no hassle and no set up required.
The apex pro comes with a decent assortment of preloaded rgb color profiles. The keyboard also has an lcd screen that you can customize to show various things like custom images to your computer's system information. The light colors change, i got use... Read More
Cons
Rgb brightness on the keys itself appear 5-10% dimmer than the older board. The keys are wobbly, sound cheap, and it only lasts about a year if you're lucky. It now randomly types keys rf4 and space over and over randomly.
Not even one year old. Omnipoint is a gimmick. This pos goes back. Look elsewhere if possible.
Oled on this newer keyboard is also much dimmer than the older keyboard, about 10% dimmer on full brightness. If you decide the run a gif on the oled you cannot utilize the oled for any informational purposes. These seem too overpriced for their lack ... Read More
This is an overrated piece of trash especially when you consider what it sells for. For $180, this keyboard is just not worth it. That's just not okay, esp at this price. That is absurd for what should be a premium keyboard's sequel.
Highlights
Quality
The main qwer keys are made with the new nice switches.
Very nice keyboard, very responsive and feels really good to type on.
You wake up the keyboard by tapping a key, and it takes like 3-5 seconds to start, which is way too long when it shuts off so often.
It's insanely slow and clunky to use, and it's reset my lighting profiles numerous times out of nowhere (usually fixes itself w... Read More
Price
Minus a star for cutting costs on a $250 keyboard.
Also it's sad to see steel series cut costs on this product.
Didn't know they made keyboards so expensive.
Shipping
Came very securely packaged and arrived quickly.
About shipping, the keyboard arrived in perfect condition without any problems.
Shipping is free, but it's ground so going to take a little while for the keyboard to come through.
I was to destroy the keyboard before they can ship me another one.
