Cons
For the money and my first purchase of steelseries, i was sadly disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed with this product and have sent it back for a refund. With this item, it seems it wont last me more than a year.
The headset mic still picks up audio when you are muted using the physical button. The microphone quality is bad aswell. My webcam has a better microphone, i aint even joking this microphone lets this product down so much.

But if you want to have a better experience then save your money and buy a new pair in the series as this doesnt come with a eq setting and its not supported on the steel series website
