Quality
Build quality is pretty good and the white one especially is very clean, simple and aesthetically pleasing.
Sound quality is nice, which is my number 1 buying factor for headphones.
Personally think the sound quality is awful at this price.
The overall sound quality and how they handle game audio is nice but not great.
Packaging/appearance
The price is very nice and the packaging was secure.
Horrible presets using the steelseries engine presets out of the box.
Competitiveness
It's comfortable to wear when using for 6hrs plus.
Until now, i have been using my hyperx cloud ii which are probably a little better/louder than these but they are tethered.
The steelseries software package has a half decent customisation system so you can adjust the base/treble etc.

I was so disappointed with the sound when gaming mainly cod warzone i read all the reddit forums on how to adjust the eqs and install third part software etc

Then i stumbled upon a forum suggesting that i download the dts sound unbound app from windows 10 app store

Windows let us download for free because it detects that the arctis 7 has a dts license

Its a great headset ecpecialy the price and if you download the steelseries engine 3 application there you can edit features for the headset
