Packaging/appearance
They came in their original packaging with all paperwork and accessories as expected and look brand new, at least my pair.
Now the steelseries arctis design is way better and strong!
Competitiveness
Then pair them with my steelseries mouse and use the rgb sync and they go great together.
Looked on steelseries website and to buy a whole new fresh cord it's $30, but haven't had a need to do that yet.

Between the feel of the headband and crispness of the sound not to mention how intuitive the cord setup is i was absolutely blown away by this product

While it is impossible to keep all the noise out it keeps enough out that you have no idea what going on or what is being said on the other side of the room

I dont have much need for it and i had hoped to just bypass it and leave it in the box however i realized once i got it that you have to connect to it to be able to connect the headset to the computer
