Pros
Easily retractable and positioning mic boom. Wireless range is great for the price of this headset. I have no problems using them a floor above where i have them plugged into my pc.
Cons
When the battery is running low, you get a constant (every 5-10 seconds) beeping. They also have the incessant beeping when you leave your room. Sometimes all that seems to fix it is to change to a different mic and back to the steelseries headset mic... Read More
Hinge-gate, where one of the ears snaps off, happened twice my previous arctis 9x headphones and their replacements. Hyperx clouds sounds way better than these.

The comfort isn't that great. Snr is poor-the band on the headset hurts the middle of the head and needs adjustment once in a while if you don't want a headache. And it hangs almost lower than my ears, so overall is just a really bad fit.
The coupon expires in either 30 or 60 days (it says both) email you back asking for an alternative option. This is after only a week or two. After 1. Which is unfortunately an instant return.

Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the sound quality for music and gaming is great.
After 4 years the left speaker is finicky and needs to play with the volume known on the headset to get it to work.
I wasn't sure of the quality but boy was i mistaken !

Good headphones the only downside to me is now after about a year or so the battery life is quite weak and i have to charge them almost every day
