Product is well packaged, and the cups were nice, but it felt flimsy. It has several intermittent connection issues. If they refuse to charge you have to take off one of the ear cushions and hold down the reset button for them to take a charge.

The only disappointing thing is that they don’t come with the holder as shown in the picture, but its normal nowadays….

I believe they are slightly heavier than arctis 5 but it doesn’t bother me with anything.
I picked this one over the 7p+ as it is compatible with ps5, xbox, and pc.
