The velcro sticks to itself well

The velcro that is coming down to meet the part that is resting on the top of the foot is the soft part of velcro so you dont have to worry about it snagging tights

The inside is soft but doesnt have a lot of cushion like theres no give when you press down on it compared to something that has memory foam material in it
