However this unit is also a dualcircuit visible in the product photos is a power npn transistor 2sc5200 which base signal pin is also driven by the 555 output signal and has a separate vdc power circuit and can run a small stepper motor directly forward only in pulse mode and to the limits of the power transistor

Biggest gripe the two buttons are 90 degrees to the pot hard to panel mount it and the crappy instructions so only 4 stars

First this will not run a stepper motor directly it only provides the pulse and control voltages to the stepper driver the black box in photos
