The ginger has zing but would not overwhelm any food it is used with. This is one of the best purchases i have made in 2020 and i will be sending a sampler to my sister.

Quality
I have had it a few weeks now and it seems pretty sturdy and is easy to stow away.
The garlic is just so well balanced that i will be using it in my stir-fry tomorrow to give my creation a boost.
I started only being able to do 10 minutes at time but at the end of workouts i’d be pouring sweat.
It is more difficult than walking or cruising on a treadmill, feels similarish to an elliptical with the resistance.
Price
I use this 30 mins a day and for the size and cost it was totally worth it.
