Pros
The size is big without being overbearing. Good value, prompt service. This is a ripple in what has otherwise been a very good customer experience.
The pots are just what we wanted and packaged in reused old packaging!
Cons
Plastic is very thin. Flimsy plastic. Doesn't stand evenly even on a completely flat surface. It does the job but bows badly with soil in. The planters that arrived aren't the ones shown.

Quality
I am really pleased with the quality of this pot.
I grew french beans and it was pleased with the result
I have no issues with the product, however my recent order of 2 planters in two orders delivered 1 planter in each, rather than the two.
Packaging/appearance
The pots are just what we wanted and packaged in reused old packaging!
As you can see packaging is twice the size of item……….
Competitiveness
Unlike a lot of the overseas competition these are good quality plastic and they look impressive too.

I offered to pay half of the cost for each order since i received only half the quantity of goods however this didn’t happen and since i was working overseas the return deadline lapsed and so i have paid for 4 planters but only received 2

Extra drainage holes are probably a good idea but they are easy to drill

They are more than one thickness of plastic so probably frostproof

My only foible was that the description said they hold 48l each and it took 140 litres of mixed multipurpose and container compost to fill two of these containers for garden centre pots measuring 20cm diameter and 16cm tall to be placed in
