Pros
Nettle root also contains calcium, protein, phosphorus, and many other nutrients. Helps with prostrate problems and blood pressure. Also helps iron deficiency which is something else i have a proble with.
Product is packaged in sturdy white plastic bottle with screw top. Cotton padding, sealed opening, and safety sealed wrap over top.
Cons
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is not listed on the bottle here as other ingredient! However my bottle has it and other ingredients not listed. This is an inferrior product ifyou want to get the swelling handled on the prostate.

If you take alot of this each day, and have arthritis, you will be able to almost top using advil - except when it 's really bad.

Years later a simple littke drizzle would have me doing a breakdance just to not dribble on myself and it was frustrating as heck especially in the winter months
