This scooper is brilliant! We usually scoop after every poop, so that's a lot of scooping over four years. Cover poop with litter before scooping to keep scoop clean. Just wish the grates were closer together so every tiny clump would be caught.
They are easy to use and reliable. A bit awkward until you get used to using. Loved this item, but i use crystals, and this is the bomb!
The product lives up to it's advertisements.

The handle/bagger is too narrow to accomodate the scooped urine-ball of my small cat. The scoop is fine, the end of the scoop handle where the kitty poo goes down into the bag is way too small. Trouble is, the liquid waste forms clumps much too large ... Read More
Problem one--the clumps are frequently too large to fit through the handle. Small clumps fall right through, making the sifting part of litter cleaning completely pointless.

The neck of it could be a little bigger cause some clumps are too big to go down whole especially if you have giant dinosaur cats like mine

I’ve also used it with plain old grocery bags but you gotta get the bag holding technique down

The only way it could be better is if they offered a second one that had fine screen mesh to scoop out the little bits that break off

The spaces in the scoop are larger than most scoopers and i can’t get small… things they just slip through

Sometimes i have problems using because the cat clumps are bigger than the hole but the only issues i have is wet clumps do not want to slide given to any scoopers and the bags arent really longbig enough
