Pros

Drawers are silky smooth and the finish is super nice. The drawer glides work well, and the drawers open fully to access files near the back of the drawer. The drawers glide smoothly and the unit appears to be very sturdy.

While i only just recieved my file cabinet, my initial impressions of it are good. The white finish on the metal is lovely and pristine. It looks great, much more aesthetically pleasing than most file cabinets.

It is for use with letter size file hanging folders. It's super sturdy, set up for hanging folders and it really is very attractive on the outside. Wish there were competitors designing modern yet affordable office furniture.

This is one of those rare occasions when the product surpassed my expectations. Very pleased with my purchase.

First of it was packaged very well. There were no dents, thank goodness. Delivered by fedex and box was in great shape.

Cons

No instructions and no little cheap wrench to allow changing legs for castors. A standard wrench is too thick. Bad icing on a delicious cake.

Very durable, love that it has wheels for easy moving

It did not close easily, a very clunky operation instead of the smooth glide expected in opening and closing.

I find the wood finish on the drawers gives it an extra elevated quality unmatched by any other filing cabinet.

This file cabinet was double what i planned to spend but i am very happy with my purchase.

I paid a little more than budgeted, but it is perfect.

I bought this sleek design cabinet when it went on sale for $199.

I was able to get it at a sale price and extra off with my points.

Shipping

They promptly sent us two replacement cabinets that arrived quickly and worked exactly as advertised.

It was well packed for shipment and arrived perfectly.

According to fedex tracking they were promptly shipped, however only one arrived.

No way this was getting damaged in shipping.

Packaging/appearance

It was packed securely with heavy molded foam and a heavy, sturdy box so there are no dents!

Competitiveness

Happy with the filing cabinet, wish there were competitors designing modern yet affordable office furniture.

I put off purchasing a filing cabinet for a long time because i hate how corporate and ugly most of them are.

That being said i do think it is a superior product to the cheaper options and without a middle option i am willing ot keep it.

Just putting this out here, but this is probably the identical file cabinet that upliftdesk sells on their website for almost $100 more.
