Its an almost exact copy of a very expensive american device called the good morning sleep solution which retails at 100 and i can only imagine that they give these silly instructions for copyright purposes

So put it between your lips stick your tongue in the bubble and suck a bit and your tongue will be held there which is supposed to stop you snoring

I have tried several times and still dont understand how this is supposed to work and the instructions provided are worse than useless
