Best quality cart that i own and i have 12 in my spa .
The cart is fine, but even with the better wheels it does not roll as well as i would like.
The attachments were a little flimsy a clip broke very easily but other than that great product!

However, if you put some books, or something else heavy on the lowest tray, you have a strong trolly that is not going to fall over easily.
I complained to customer service and they did refund a decent portion of the cost.
