Pros
It comes in a small box, but then it all unfolds into a very roomy big box. The box itself is pretty sturdy. The only negative about this is that picture shows rope handel but actual is different material.
They look exactly as pictured and seem very sturdy and super easy to put together. I appreciate how spacious they are. The color matches my new couches and they look beautiful.
Bought it cause of its look. Also customer service is great! Would order again. Would purchase again.
Cons
Box contains exactly one pillow. They look great, but in practice they are extremely frustrating. It's not because i've over-packed it, it's just that they keep wanting to collapse.

This was the perfect storage container for a set of towels given as a wedding shower gift!
Needed something breathable to pack my daughter’s ag dolls up.
The package arrives with everything folded up.
I liked that the box is two sectioned with two split sectioned lids.

I found the cover a little hard to open close as you have to fit the fabric around the perimeter over the bottom of the box
