While they are really pretty their current price of ~$35 seems a bit much.
The biggest down side is that they seem rather expensive for a couple of small baskets.
Packaging/appearance
Exactly as pictured, would definitely purchase again.
They look great in the laundry room, family room, bedroom and bathroom.
They don't come packaged in a cardboard box or plastic bag, which i find to be very environmentally friendly.
These come in a pack of two, one is a little larger than the other and both are lined with a nice neutral canvas.

There is lots of long loose threads along the edge rough edge and the material seems to unravel easily

The cloth liners give the inside a soft surface

They are not very deep so that may limit their applications a little but if using them for ornamental purposes they should work fine
