Pros
There are two plastic hinge straps on one side that enable the lid to open and close without falling off, and an elastic strap that connects to a button/knob. A small elastic holds the lid closed when you have tissues within it.
It is a little on the bulkier side because it is thicker and a little larger than the tissue box so it will take up a little more room. Love the overall look and how it hides the plain old tissue box.
It's made really well and looks beautiful with the braided wicker. The weave is tight, with no stray pieces. The wicker itself is thick and sturdy.
A standard rectangular tissue box fits snugly inside. It is very roomy inside and holds a cube shaped tissue box perfectly.
Cons
This cover is too big and bulky and the tissue box gets lost inside of it. Will be returning.

Very easy to use and made with good quality material.
This lovely tissue holder is well made out of quality material.
It's not thin and fragile by any means.
The top of the holder swings open and clips shut with a button.
Price
For $17, i think it's a steal, but just make sure you check how large 7" is before buying!
The price point is good and i would definitely get another one since it can go with almost any decor.
Packaging/appearance
The box is woven together into a beautiful pattern.
I took the tissues out of the original box and all the tissues from a big box fit in perfectly.
The card inside says the box is hand woven.
No more looking at ugly tissue boxes that don't match!
Competitiveness
For instance, the kleenexes bought at costco won't fit.
I have the rectangular version and have found that every standard brand of tissues i have tried using in it have fit perfectly.

To be honest if you decide not to use it for kleenex it can be used for storage on any side table
