Pros

It’s exactly as pictured and met all my expectations. Using a power drill saved me a lot of time. There are a few spots that are confusing, it makes you think you should use screw and washer when certain areas get push pins.

At that point, the only option to get a refund is to repack everything and send it back. Contacted customer service multiple times and zero response.

While the dresser looks esthetically beautiful the quality is awful for the price. The process and the cheapness of the wood isn't worth the amount of money it is. The whole dresser is very unstable.

It's very wobbly and light weight. The front of the drawers are attached by dowels and don't hold at all. It's having to be rigged to get it assembled. Material and bolt quality was very very poor. It started to wobble a bit with diaper changes.

Assembly was pretty straightforward and the finished piece is solid with zero wobble; took me about 2 1/2 hours by myself.

Very sturdy and strong highly recommended and easy to put together

The pieces were coming out and it was lose and we were giving up getting frustrated.

For all the people who wrote bad reviews about the dresser not being sturdy or not fitting in you did not tighten the pieces enough!
