Pros

It's not exactly the softest and the seat cushion could have a little more fluff to it, but that is just a personal preference.

The material for the chair is definitely for a nursery as it is very easy to wipe clean. Looks great in my lilac room.

This chair and ottoman was shipped unassembled and was very easy to put together. Gracias por el fantastico servicio al cliente.

Cons

There is just too much wrong with this rocker. The rocker is good but the cushion is garbage. Either have to super glue them on or take them off all together.

Buyer be warned. Leaves this product as junk. After three days it still wasn’t shipped.

I am really happy with the chair and ottoman.

Bought for my step son and daughter in law for their first child's arrival, great product.

I was disappointed that the component package was missing and even more disappointed when the support line wasn’t “activated at this time”.

Update: used the product warranty to get a new base and it doesn't squeak.
