The cushions look soft but you can feel all the hardness of the chair through them. The chair cushion is a cheap piece of foam and very thin so are the arm rests and ottoman. The fabric shows everything and is hard to keep clean.

The chair starts to squeak in a high pitched noise after 90 days of use.

My tailbone hurts sitting on this thing. My head & neck have no support whatsoever. It’s fine for a quick feed, but if you become “nap-trapped”, your back really feels the pain.
